WEDDING AND EVENT FLOWERS
Overwhelming is an understatement... where do you start?
As a wedding florist, I understand that planning and investing in your special day is overwhelming and a complete mine field,
with so many elements to consider.
Each and every supplier will bring different values with them, and therefore charge different prices for their services,
this alone can be challenging to navigate.
Most of my clients have little understanding on the pricing of flowers or the worload required to create stunning event florals.

I have created this pricing guide to break down the costs and help you understand how to budget for your wedding flowers.
The main cost factors
The investment for my services is influenced by a number of factors.
Essentially, the more complex your floral brief, the more time and resources are required from my team and I.

Service alone, this could include extensive research, site visits, early market runs, calls with other suppliers,
the need for additional florist's, additional vehicles... the list goes on!
Tight timelines, difficult venue access and midnight de-rigs also will increase the budget.
​
And then there's the flowers...
When it comes to the cost of arrangements, each and every piece is bespoke.
The size, scale, ingredients, time of year, and overall aesthetic will determine the cost of each item.
We are sourcing perishable products, from an ever changing market.​
MINIMUM SPENDS
Having a minimum spend in place allows me to devote the proper time, resources, and creativity required to deliver an
exquisite service to each and every couple I work with. I purposely take on a limited number of weddings at any given time.
For me, it's all about quality and unique well thought-out designs over quantity.

After 5 years in business as a wedding florist, and with an interior design background I understand that
beautiful designs are anessential element of any wedding or event, I am a complete perfectionist, and have a real eye for detail.
Full floral design service : May - September
peak wedding season
During the peak wedding months of May through to October, my minimum total spend is £3,000 rising to £3500 for 2026 weddings
This allows me to devote the appropriate time and resources to make your floral vision come to life perfectly.

Full floral design service : October - April
off-peak weding season
For weddings and events outside of the peak season from November through to April, my minimum total spend is £2,500
rising to £3000 for 2026 weddings.
While fewer weddings take place during those months.

Collection only service for wedding flowers
available throughout the year
If you require beautiful floral decorations for your entire bridal party or event tables,
I offer a dedicated collection service with a minimum total spend of £1250 rising to £1500 for 2026 weddings.
This smaller scale offering ensures my signiature style however eliminating the bulkier design fees.
Your wishlist and desired floral colours can be chosen in advance from my tried and tested colour palettes.
While this service is less bespoke, the same level of care goes into creating your wedding flowers.
Arrangements may be collected from my Guildford studio one day before your event.

GUIDE PRICE LIST
Please use this list as a guide.
Prices may differ slightly for jobs that are over a year away.
Due to the nature of the flower industry, it is very difficult to guarantee prices that far in advance.
​
Another thing to bear in mind, prices will vary depending on which floral ingredients are used.
For example, flower heavy arrangements will be more pricey in comparison to an arrangement with lots of foliage.
The time of year and climate will also drive individual flower prices.
​If you are particularly set on including certain flower types which are dearer to source such as hydrangeas, delphiniums or lots of scented garden roses then the arrangement prices will reflect the ingredients desired accordingly.
Typically I include in a wide variety of high quality flowers as a standard for each and every wedding.
My flower selections are heavily influenced by colour palette. I buy ingredients based on the seasonal availability using the best quality flowers available at the time of purchasing.

Buying and ordering of floral and non floral materials
Preparation of equipmwnt, florals and other materials
On the day full site set up incl. ceremony relocation (if required)
Delivery, incl. additional drop offs (as required)
Mileage and general travel expenses related to the job (incl. parking, congestion charge if required)
Floral labour (additional florists over multiple days if required)
Derig & Collection
This applies to my 'full floral design service' and is calculated based on the exact workload quoted for

Returning to 'uninstall' all designs

Bunching up of flowers for you
Mileage and general travel expenses related to the job (incl. parking, congestion charge if required)
